Data retention

- Marketing — we do not send unsolicited marketing without consent. If you opt in to future contact, you may withdraw at any time
Processors and third parties
We use trusted providers who process data on our instructions, including:
- Tally.so — online quote form hosting
- Website hosting — server logs and email routing
- Google — embedded maps and Business Profile links
We require processors to protect data appropriately. Some providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, we expect appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion in certain circumstances
- Restriction — limit processing in certain circumstances
